By Client:
If the Client cancels services less than 15 days before the event, 50% of the full remaining balance is still due.
By Artist:
In the unlikely event that GlamPro LLC is unable to perform services due to an emergency, every effort will be made to find a replacement artist. If no replacement is found, all payments (including the retainer) will be refunded.
Service Count:
The number of bridesmaids must be finalized 14 days prior to the event. No refunds are given for “no-shows” on the day of the wedding.
Allergies:
The Client must inform the Artist of any known allergies or skin sensitivities. GlamPro LLC is not liable for any adverse reactions to products used if sensitivities were not disclosed.
Hygiene:
Artist(s) will maintain a high standard of sanitation, using clean brushes and disposable applicators for every client.
